With the introduction of a new Parish Meeting committee, in October 2023, we have assessed that the communication with villagers who form part of the Parish, namely Exton, Preshaw, Peake Farm and Corhampton Down, would benefit from clearer communication and align the way in which communications are undertaken with GDPR regulations.
Therefore, this form will be delivered to each home, within Exton Parish, and the returned forms correctly recorded and saved, to ensure compliance.
We have also agreed to incorporate Neighbourhood Watch communication requests, within this form, to assist Sue Robertson in ensuring the NW database is up-to-date.
Please be assured that the information received will be used for Parish Meeting and Neighbourhood Watch matters ONLY and not shared with any outside agency.
ALL communications will be by BCC, ensuring email addresses are not shared, even with neighbours.
Firstly please download and complete the attached form and send it through as requested
